The rolling was established without any misroll and mis roll % is now dropped to <.2%. The contract was extended up to 31/3/2022
42	UNICA Iron & Steel Industries South Africa	Appointed as an adviser/consultant for continuous Section Mill from 01/10/20 for long term. Flats (50-100mm) rolling was recently established with undersigned design. Rolling of 40x40x1.9/2.5/3 mm was successfully done with record rolling. Rolling of angle 25/30 mm is under development. Development of rounds(20-60 mm) and Suars(20-60mm) Continuing for 3 rd year

44	Shakambhari Ispat & Power Limited, Distt.-Purulia,WB,India	Vetting of existing roll pass design and to design a new one to improve productivity and to resolve quality issue of the existing TMT and Wire rod Mill. The new roll pass design was established successfully in the first trial only. The quality problem was resolved. Power consumption was reduced by 10 units/ton.
